1. Agreement
By registering for the EmpowerHer Summit or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the site.
2. Registration & Tickets
Your registration is personal to you. Tickets are nonrefundable but transferable — you may transfer your seat to another attendee by notifying us in writing at least 14 days before the Summit. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations that violate these terms.
3. Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are processed through secure third-party payment providers. You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges associated with your purchase.
4. Code of Conduct
The Summit is a space of mutual respect. Attendees agree to engage with kindness and integrity. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
5. Photography & Recording
By attending, you grant EmpowerHer Summit permission to use photographs, video, and audio captured during the event for promotional, educational, and archival purposes. Notify us in writing in advance if you prefer to opt out.
6. Changes to the Event
We may adjust the program, speakers, venue, or schedule when necessary. If we must cancel the Summit entirely due to circumstances within our control, registered attendees will be offered a credit toward a future event.
7. Health & Safety
You are responsible for your own health, safety, and any medical conditions during the Summit. Discussions, workshops, and activities are for educational and inspirational purposes only and do not replace professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
8. Intellectual Property
All Summit materials — including talks, slides, workbooks, branding, and recordings — are the property of EmpowerHer Summit and Dr. Valarie Harris. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmpowerHer Summit, its organizers, partners, and venues are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Summit or use of this website.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Summit is hosted, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
